Well, it’s officially begun. The Holidays are here. We can’t believe it. Weren’t we just celebrating Holidays 2017? Time does go quickly.

I love the Holidays, and it has nothing to do with the presents. Really. I just love the Spirit of it all. This year it is taking on especially important meaning, as we have so much turmoil in the world. I am knowing that this Holiday Season will bring peace with it for all of us.

It has to start with me, so I am working on all areas of my life that require that peace. It starts with forgiveness of everything. It continues with gratitude for everything. It is anchored with love at all times. I heard someone say that this philosophy of Science of Mind is too self-absorbed. I do not agree. It has to start with each one of us, or we bring our crippledness to the world and just continue to promote a wounded world.

I don’t want to be esoteric about it either. I am concretizing the esoteric by truly using it. (Concretize is a word made up by a friend of mine, Mark. He used it when he wanted to make something real.) Yes, I want to make the things I think about and theorize about real in my life. The only way to do this is through practice. For example, I can choose the idea of gratitude and not just meditate on it, but actually practice it.

I can  focus on this anytime, but the Holidays is a perfect time to really work on it. There is a vibration in the air that doesn’t always occur at other times of year. Call it Christ Consciousness. Call it Love. Call it whatever you want, but we can feel it. The majority are focused on giving and love. Don’t believe everything you hear on the News. We are really the majority. Of course, there is sadness, too; but, we can help by bringing our joy and love to pass.

So where will I begin? Where will you begin, as we celebrate the Spirit of the Holidays – Love, Peace, Light, Gratitude.
