“When we shall know the Truth, then ways and means and methods will be found for the freedom of all. The mold of acceptance is the measure of our experience. The Infinite fills all molds and forever flows into new and greater ones. Within us is the unborn possibility of limitless experience. Ours is the privilege of giving birth to it.” Ernest Holmes
There are many experiences I am yet still to have. If I were to write a book on manifestation, I wouldn’t never use that word. Too many times, we are out to get things from the Universe instead of just allowing the Universe to live our life. What this means to me is exactly what the quote above states. “Within us is the unborn possibility of limitless experiences. Ours is the privilege of giving birth to it.”
The challenge is that we do not always look at life this way. When we want to have a certain experience or thing, we tend to struggle for it. We plot out doing this or that. We save our pennies. I could use the example of vacations. Some people dream of coming to Hawaii once in their life. I watch it every day. People are so happy to travel here. They have saved for it and now they are spending all of that on the experience that they they think they most likely will never have again. Of course, I’m generalizing, but I do see enough of this consciousness.
I have lived my life this way on many occasions. However, I want to leave this behind today and focus on the Truth. The past months have made it very clear to me that I have limited the unlimited in many ways. I’m not afraid to acknowledge this because by acknowledge it, I can now change this. As someone stated in my “Inner Blogger” workshop last night. “I’m the one standing in my own way.”
Today, I begin an unlimited life, starting right where I am by acknowledging the ways I have been limited and unlimited. When a limited thought comes into my mind, I will focus on the grains of sand, the leaves on the tree, the stars in the sky. I will remember that I am that and it is my privilege to give birth to the unlimited. The Universe needs to be expressed through each of our individualized lives.
For those of you who might be thinking this is airy-fairy thinking, I plan to get down to the science of it. It is done unto me as I believe, and as I give, I receive. I will open my heart to give more and to receive more. I will ask myself what wants to be born in me and have the courage to say “yes” to it, letting go of the limited and realizing that ideas wouldn’t be pushing out of my consciousness if the idea didn’t have all the means and methods to produce it. Think of everything that had to happen to bring us out of the womb. We finally couldn’t stay within any more. We literally let go and gave way to being pushed into existence with everything we required to be here. That’s how unlimited we are. Why would we struggle over paying a bill or taking the vacation of our dreams any time we wanted to?
Much love and aloha,
