Today, January 10, 2025 at 6pm, I will formally launch my new book Where is My Red Dress? One Woman’s Sensual, Sexual, Spiritual Journey to Wholeness. This is the day I begin my movement for the healing of all of us who have been holding back their magnificence because of any kind of shame, guilt or relived program that is yet undiscovered. This book is deeply personal—my story, told with no apologies. Through this work, I hope to inspire others to embrace their own healing journeys and rediscover their power.

Here’s a glimpse of what Where Is My Red Dress? is all about:
An unapologetic manifesto for reclaiming power, passion, and raw self-worth, this daring memoir invites you to break free from shame, societal expectations, and self-doubt. With brutal honesty and fearless vulnerability, I share my struggles and triumphs, offering a call to step out of the shadows, wear your “red dress,” and live with fierce, unapologetic freedom.

We already know because of the findings of science and psychology that many of us are living our lives by unconscious programs that have been not just instilled in us by our rearing as children, but by eons of social programming – the collective consciousness – of our species even before we made our appearance on this earth. As Carl Jung once wrote, “Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it destiny.”

Until I became aware of the programs that ran my life, I remained unconscious and living by default. I did not know what I wanted only what I thought I was suppose to want. Any time I stepped out from that place, I did my best to find something or someone to make me feel whole. That’s all we want, I believe, to feel whole. Our innate nature is wholeness and we sometimes spend our whole life trying to find that wholeness in other people, professions, and more.

As for me, I did that. I was looking for the wholeness in all the wrong places. I am like that Buddha that was covered with moss and dirt, who by becoming conscious, exposed the beautiful golden masterpiece, its true identity. I have had to stand naked and unafraid of my past, my secrets and unveil them with the purpose of healing.

We all have stories and sometimes, we tell our stories over and over just to hear ourselves. However, we are not really listening. I finally listened to what I was saying, what I was doing with my life and I uncovered the program. By uncovering it, I became conscious of who I truly am. This book, Where is My Red Dress?, is meant to inspire you to do the same, to dare to stand naked and unafraid with your past, to forgive so you can live fully and boldly in your red dress.

Am I just trying to sell my book? Someone asked me that and I thought I want more. I want to start a movement, a reclaiming of all of our red dresses. What is that red dress? Although it is individual to each of us, it is the same in that it is the True Self, the place that shines forth in our full passion, joy and fullness. We have been holding it back too long. My invitation is to wake up, remove the guilt and shame and shine as the sensual, sexual, intelligent, spiritual beings we are; born to create and live our most magnificent selves as we walk this earth.
