The Red Dress Journey – Series One: Unveiling the Past

This workshop series is inspired by the stories, lessons, and breakthroughs in my book Where Is My Red Dress?. Through storytelling, journaling, sacred ritual, guided reflection, and gentle embodiment practices, we will begin to explore the inherited messages, cultural conditioning, and long-held silences that shaped our early beliefs.

This first series—Unveiling the Past—will gently and powerfully open the door to truth, healing, and self-love.

Whether you’re continuing the journey or stepping in for the first time, this is your invitation to say YES to the woman within you who is ready to be seen, felt, and fully expressed.

Come as you are. Leave as the woman in the Red Dress—sensual, spiritual, sovereign, and whole.

    As much as I would like to attend, I cannot because I teach co-parenting classes every Wednesdays until Dec22. 5:30-7pm
