Here I am! The 5th Annual Sacred Journey is over. I am poised here on my lanai writing to you and settling myself into the “what’s next.” However, before I do that, I have decided that I would take an appreciation day. I have decided to stay in appreciation today. I have decided to just take a deep breath and thank myself, my husband and give gratitude for all that had to take place for this Sacred Journey to be the success that it was and is.
It doesn’t mean that I won’t get ready for tomorrow – Sunday. I doesn’t mean that I won’t be working on what’s next. However, I am doing it with a different attitude. I am a bit more peaceful. I am smiling a bit more with satisfaction. I have more of an understanding of the idea that everything always works out for the best and highest good of all.
I am content to know that I am always doing my best. I am so blessed, more than I ever even knew, to live on this beautiful Island and to do what I have chosen to do with my life. I am grateful to be surrounded by such amazing people and to live in beauty. I take a deep sigh today and allow myself to say, “Well done, Rita. Well done.”
As we all look at our lives and its twists and turns, I invite us to take a breath and really appreciate ourselves for everything we’ve been through, for everything we are every day. We are always doing are best. We are always , no matter what, a Divine expression of the most high God, right where we are. We can trust and rely on this Principle and allow it to unfold as our life. We are always guarded, guided and protected.
As we appreciate the Principle of Life that breathes through us, we are appreciating ourselves at the same time. Wow! Do you know how amazing you are?
Love and Aloha,
Rev. Rita
