I love this quote. I believe there is a unique flow for each of us. We are the flow. Today, I read a message from the Hindu Mystic Gurudeva that said something similar. He said if we wanted to understand life we should observe a river. Observe its flow as our life. If we become attached to things like fear and doubt and struggle, we are clinging to the sides of the river and not really in the flow. Our job is to let go and flow with life not fight against it or try to make it a certain way. When we are in the flow, we are in wholeness.

Where am I in the flow of life? Where am I holding on to the banks or shores and how can I just let go and flow? I believe this is a lifelong journey. I believe we are always growing and flowing in more powerful ways. Oprah is saying that the flow will carry us to the next level. Is there always a next level?

Yes, I believe there is. Life moves forward and upward. I believe in life forever and ever-expanding. It is never enough just to stay in one place. There is always more to know. When we really catch our flow no matter what is going on in our life, we will discover what is ours to do and be.

In fact, it doesn’t matter what is going on in the world of form. We might be having a struggle of some sort. This is just a message from ourselves, letting us know what we have to change. That we have to let go of the banks of our river and move into the flow. It starts in consciousness.

I love the idea of finding my flow, my unique flow. I’m going to remember this one.
