Heart-Centered Living

I have been practicing with a meditation by Dr. Joe Dispenza called “Love the Life You Love.” It is all based in heart-centered gratitude and awakening the power of our hearts. I am finding this meditation very life-enforcing and helpful on my journey to fully express my gifts and living the life I love fully.

Today, I’m very focused on the knowing that one must surrender oneself to the creative process within us. We must trust it. When we plant a seed in the creative soil of the unknown or the Field or the Law of Mind in Action, everything in that seed is there for its fulfillment. We can trust this.

Let’s say we are wanting to start a creative project. A part of ourselves tell us that we don’t have what it takes or we need this and that. This might be true, but what we must realize is that whatever it is that we need is coming forth, whether it is from us or from those put on our path to help and assist. All we must do is be clear we are already successful, and then begin to put one foot in front of the other.

This idea of everything being contained in the thought that we place in the creative soil of our mind is strengthened by staying in our heart space and stopping the endless analytical turmoil through which we put ourselves. It doesn’t mean we don’t strategize, but we can’t strategize from our analytical do’s and don’ts. We must center first in the heart space. Then our strategies will flow with more ease and grace.

There is an exercise that will bring us to what we really want and help us to focus in our heart. It’s called the “Why Exercise.” It might be better to do this with a friend you trust, but I have done it through journaling with myself. Let’s say you wan to have a bigger income. You ask yourself why you want that. If the answer is “I will feel more respected,” you ask yourself why you want that. If the answer is “I will be better about myself,” you ask yourself why you want that. If you answer, “I will feel more empowered,” you ask yourself why you want that. You keep going with the why question until you’ve exhausted your whys and are really in the heart of the matter. You will get your answer. Your deepest why. Your heart-centered why, the real deal.

So, you see, the heart really holds the answer to everything in our life. It is our guidance. It is where our joy, our creativity, our purpose, our life force resides.

Happy Heart Centered Living today!
