Okay, it’s been a great six-day vacation. I’ve done my best to stay in the present and not think about our impending move or our Center. I can’t say I’ve been totally successful, but I am so much more relaxed and ready to face what lies ahead – our move from one home to another. All the parts are not exactly in place, but I am confident that in the chaos of this moment that coherence will unfold.
That is the only premise with which I need to begin. After that, I just need to move my feet in the direction of our new address. Well, my mind goes first, and I picture myself settled there with Patrick and our cat, Miss Kitty. She is the one who is causing the most chaos in my mind because she’s never left our house before – at least not for the past 4.5 years. She has never been in a carrier since the day she arrived as a big stressed mess. I know the best thing I can do for her is to know her Truth. She is fully capable as an animal of instinct and resilience to adapt to what’s next. I am, too. Here we go, Miss Kitty!
So, here is how I go from chaos to coherence. As I began this move a couple of weeks ago, I could feel the unsettling feeling of living in two worlds. My emotions have most definitely transferred with excitement and loving expectancy to our new abode. My physical body and all the strength it takes to move matter is definitely in our old home. Moving matter can be quite chaotic if it is not preceded by a well thought out mind that knows its Power. When we expect them to, things happen with ease and grace. Just last week when I moved our lily ponds, help showed up expectedly and quite unexpectedly. It flowed with ease and grace, but not without first seeing it that way.
There is something called chaos. It is a constant state in the creative process, and it is not a bad thing. In fact, it is necessary. Chaos signifies that a change is taking place. It’s like throwing all the pieces of life up into the air and knowing that when they land they will be in the perfect place. It takes trust and faith. It takes the knowing that there is a Power greater than what moves form in the regular ways that is moving it from behind the scenes. It is the Power that allows the right help to show up at the right time. It the Power that gives someone with your exact vibrational match the signal that you require something, even when they don’t know you. Coherence is the definite result of chaos.
Chaos is not something that ever goes away. In fact, wouldn’t want it to. If it did, your life would be stagnant and most definitely not expanding. Have you ever created a picture or a story or cleaned out a cupboard. At first, there is only chaos and then something else emerges. It’s called coherence. I’ve written many stories and blogs like this one I am writing now. Something happens when we let go that allows what we think is not making sense to make all the sense in the world. There is a greater Mind within each of us that leads the way to coherence.
Chaos is a gift if we allow it to be one. It is an opportunity to open up to change. When it happens in your life, I invite you to take a breath and look for the signs of creativity unfolding and something new presenting itself.
