The Deepening Journey

Do you know that we each have everything within us to manifest whatever it is we want in our lives. There are just three rules for doing this consciously: We must have a clear intention. We must have the energy and emotion behind that intention and then we must allow our intention come through us. We cannot force the outcome, nor can we try to make it happen. We can’t dictate how it is going to happen.

This Law has been proven over and over. If you look at your life, you will see it demonstrated there. You will recognize that whatever it is that you have strong emotion surrounding, whether  negative or positive is probably what you are experiencing. Maybe your intention was clear; maybe it wasn’t. You might have not even declared it, but it is the thoughts of discord and the strong emotions surrounding those thoughts that create experience. This is now proven scientifically. We cannot argue about it not being true with any validity.

Does this mean we should berate or blame ourselves if something shows up in our life that is less than our desire? Please, I invite you not to do that. What I do invite you to do, is to take responsibility of where to take the situation from here in the present moment. How you react, act and proceed forward is what is important. It is what will make difference in creating a greater more profound experience of good for yourself. Love will win out.

In any moment we can change our lives by changing our focus and intention and getting emotionally charged about that change. We can visualize and imagine anything, adding the the power of gratitude for the thing if it has already happened. “Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, the mind can achieve.” wrote Napoleon Hill. “Gratitude is the energy of receivership,” wrote Dr. Joe Dispenza. “Before they call, I will answer,” was written in Isaiah centuries ago,” Look to all the mystics, teachers and spiritual leaders and you will see the same thing stated in a multitude of ways.

So, what does this mean to us in our life today? It means we are at choice. We’ve always been at choice, but some of us didn’t know it. Ernest Holmes once wrote, “A trained mind is far more powerful than an untrained mind.” How trained is your mind? Are you able to demonstrate that “Spiritual Thought Force has power over material resistance,” or are you a materialist, creating everything in your life from what you think you have and can see in front of you.

There is something I call First Cause. Dr. Joe Dispenza and others call it being nowhere, no-one and no-thing. Other mystics have called it stepping into the unknown. Jesus called it losing your life in order to gain your life. It is the time in our life when we lose our identity with the things that we think control us and allow ourselves to step into an unlimited field of possibility. This place is a state of mind and we can bring ourselves to this place through meditation, by using spiritual mind treatment and any method that we find works for us. The important thing is clarity about this destination of surrender to the unknown, not the journey that took us there. We all have our own methods.

The one thing I know is that it is up to each of us to find our own method of communing with the Divine within us. We all have the same ability. Will we take the time or will we just be satisfied with our life as it is? Either way is fine if it is fine for us.

I work with people everyday who are deepening their relationship to Source. Their lives are shifting in amazing ways. Miracles have occurred. Things that they never thought were possible for themselves are now their way of life. Everyday that go deeper and when something comes up that sets them off their alignment, they go back and do their work. It is a practice that they will not give up on.

I am grateful to know that I can evolve consciously. I am grateful for my life. I am grateful for spiritual practice and continued learning and expanding. The triumphs far outweigh the missteps along the way. The journey is my own, just as yours is yours. I love the times when our paths cross and we get to celebrate each other as Divine beings in our uniqueness on different journeys and allowing of each other’s journey. I am knowing the path you have chosen is blessed and more blessed each day.

Love and Aloha,

Rev. Rita
