As the fear concerning the Coronavirus continues to spread around the world, I am noticing something amongst the people with whom I surround myself. We are standing strong in our belief in health and wholeness. It doesn’t mean that we are not taking care of our health in the physical realm, but we know something much greater is happening than the fear that is presented to us. We know that love always presides over fear. We know that as we keep our vibration high through prayer, meditation, joyful living, positive thinking by shifting our thoughts and beliefs, and much more, we are building our immune system.

I read a beautiful prayer by Dr. Ernest Holmes this morning and I am sharing it here because I feel it could be helpful, if we are feeling fear and doubt today.

“Subtle Essence of Spirit within me, flowing through me;
Elixir of Life in my veins purifying me with Thy marvelous Life,
I let Thy Spirit cleanse me from all false thought and idea,
I let Thy Life flow through me in a complete and Perfect Whole;
I feel the Presence of Spirit within me.”

I meditated on this prayer this morning and could actually feel my vibration shift to wholeness. I takes practice to stay aligned. I cannot reiterate enough how important our spiritual practice is. We are so powerful when we are in that place of knowing who we are.

Have you asked yourself the question, “Who am I?” Your answer to that question will determine how you live through these challenging times.

I know who you are. You are always wholeness. You are the healer and the healed. You are one perfect life unfolding in magnificent ways. You are the Power and Presence of the Divine Life/God expressing in all Its perfection. You are an ever-becoming being, always shedding more and more of those things which do not serve your Divinity. You are Divinely guarded, guided and protected at all times. Your intuition is strong and it is your Divine asset. You are Magnificent!
