The Eye of the Needle

There are many things happening in the world of conditions or world of form that are challenging our very being right now. There are shootings that seem to be multiplying daily. There are freedoms that we once took for granted now gone. The reversing of Roe Vs. Wade is already affecting many of us. Many of us have our own personal challenges in the areas of health and prosperity and the loss of loved ones and more. It would seem that being challenged is a normalcy today. I am well aware of all that is happening. Where do I go with my challenges?

There is another way to look at a challenge. I can look at it as a opportunity for growth. I can look at it as an opportunity to step up into a higher consciousness. In a particular situation I am experiencing personally, I can see that when I look at it in the world of form, it looks impossible to solve. However, when I rise about the situation into a higher consciousness where Energy flows and is waiting for the impress of my thought, I am in a much better position. I can rise above the situation and trust that the solution is unfolding as it should.

What do I want to have happen? Can I just snap my fingers and make it so? Well, in one sense this is true, but it isn’t how it usually happens. A lot of work must be done first. There is a biblical saying that states: “It is harder for a rich man to get to heaven then for a camel to get through the eye of the needle.” This one statement tells all when contemplated in a metaphorical sense.

In ancient times, the Eye of the Needle was a gate at the entrance of Jerusalem. The owner of the camel had to remove all that the camel was carrying on his back and the camel had to stoop or kneel to proceed through the eye of the needle.

Think of this in regards to your challenges, our challenges. We cannot get our heads to a place of unlimited possibility if we are holding on to all our mental baggage and belief in impossibility. If we cannot let go of unhappiness, we cannot have peace, for example. If we cannot let go of lack consciousness, we have no possibility for abundance. The Kingdom of Heaven is within us. We cannot reveal that perfection and still cling to imperfection. Perfect Wholeness requires all of our consciousness. A house of divided consciousness cannot stand.

Some might say that just thinking something doesn’t make it so. Well, my question would be, “Are you making it so by worrying about it or ‘trying so hard’ to make it happen? Are you trying to change others in order to get what you want? Could you even entertain the idea that perhaps you are thinking about it in a way that is keeping the problem in place?

How do I meet these daily challenges? 1) I acknowledge what is. 2) I recognize that it will pass. Everything passes away eventually. 3) I ask myself what in my consciousness is clinging to the experience. What mental baggage do I need to let go of? 4) I work on letting go of whatever that is by mentally replacing it with what I would want to experience. 5) I continue to Treat (Spiritual Mind Treatment, a movement of energy in a specific direction) for whatever that is until my consciousness changes. 6) I look for the synchronicities and follow my intuition into action. 7) I keep repeating these six steps.

Every challenge has a solution in the form of an opportunity. The opportunity is within each and every one of us. When we clear are own mental confusion, the bigger world will reflect it also. It does take our own inner work and it can seem like we have to let go of everything to get through that eye of the needle. I believe it is so worth it. We shouldn’t be surprised at what is happening in the world. We should, instead, “Ask not,” to paraphrase John F. Kennedy, “what the world of form can do for us, but ask ourselves what we can do for the world of form by changing ourselves.”
