Yesterday, we traveled by car, bus and air from Albuquerque, New Mexico to our home on the Island of Kaua`i. These days travel is both exciting and takes perhaps more planning, because of restrictions due to the pandemic, compounding the already strict guidelines from Homeland Security. Let’s face it, if you want to travel, be prepared on all levels. However, the most important level of preparation is your Consciousness, which will or will not move you easily and gracefully through the complex maze of traveling. “It is done unto you as you believe.”

Our trip proved this to me more than ever. The first thing my husband and I do on any journey or any day for that matter is to meditate and do a specific Spiritual Mind Treatment. Spiritual Mind Treatment is the Science of Mind and Spirit’s form of prayer. In modern terms, it is is a movement of energy in the untouched Quantum Field in the direction of your intention. Everything is already created and it is our willingness to accept and allow what we want to experience as already completed for us. We are merely aligning with the frequency of it. Everything is frequency and Energy.

And so, our day began with the intention of staying in a high frequency of love and ease and grace of travel. We intended that wherever we walked that love and ease and grace would guide our path and meet us. We used the term, “First class all the way!” As we say, at the end of our Treatments “And so it is!” And, so it was.

I will tell you without going into every detail, every part of our trip was a demonstration of our intention. From breezing through security, being upgraded to first class, to unexpectedly flying home on an international jet with the ability to lie down on and sleep on our six-hour flight from Los Angeles to Kaua`i, to meeting kindness and helpfulness every step of the way, we were most definitely vibrating at the frequency of the Divine.

Now, there were moments, when we fell out of frequency and forgot our intention as we got caught up in the frenzy of Los Angeles Airport. Almost immediately, we were met with a disgruntled agent, a lost cell phone (mine), and a few other minor mishaps. Then, as almost immediately, we re–centered, and reminded ourselves of our initial intention. Again, we fell into the flow.

I tell you all this because these are not necessarily easy times we are in, and when we focus on the world of conditions or form, we can get sucked into the chaos. This is the time, to sharpen our spiritual tools, to be definite of how we want to live and to remember we are in the world (most definitely), but we are not of it. I believe we decided to show up here and now to be of assistance to world that is shifting and expanding. We are powerful spiritual beings built for these times.
