What does it take to dream big? For me, it takes letting go of all my limited thoughts and embracing the truth that everything is vibration. I am vibrating. You are vibrating. Vibration/Energy must take form. The more I can increase my vibration, the more unlimited I am. What increases my vibration? I vibrate at a high frequency when I am dreaming big and acting upon those dreams.

I can get limited in my thoughts; and when I do, my vibration takes a downward spiral. Just this morning, I was meditating on the idea of abundance and prosperity. I was anchored into the vibration of that unlimited flow. Suddenly, I found myself thinking off the mark. The little trivialities of life came up and my thoughts began to move in that direction. I left my big dreams behind. Fortunately, I noticed what was happening and I stopped. I refocused myself and something came up. It was the word “procrastination.”

The reason the little trivialities came up was because they were things with which I hadn’t dealt. I needed to take care of them. If things are on our mind (literally), they are things that need to be dealt with. We can resolve them in our mind or we might have to take an action. I listed several of these things, and I will take care of them today. Procrastination was lowering my vibrational rate. It was taking me in the opposite direction of my dreams. It’s not worth it. Life is precious and our dreams are important.

So, today, if I can work on anything it is to work on keeping my vibrational rate high. I do this by letting go of limitations and dreaming big dreams of how I want to live and what I want to accomplish in this life. When stuff comes up that lowers that vibration, I will definitely discipline myself to deal with it in the moment. Of course, everything I do is backed by love and compassion.
