Yesterday, I felt a doubtful energy move through me. Was all this true? Is there really a Law of my Being—the Law of the Universe that moves through me—that responds to me? Really, this little doubt suddenly began to grow. It happens very seldom, but it does happen.

What do I do? I begin to affirm. I have an affirmation that always works for me:
“There’s only one life. That life is God’s life. That life is perfect. That life is my life now.”

This is a perfect Spiritual Mind Treatment that can be affirmed in less than a minute. I repeat it until, just as suddenly as it came, the nudge of doubt dissipates.

I’m writing about this because I feel that we all have doubts sometimes. We doubt that we will be able to heal. We doubt that we will have enough money. We doubt that life exists after death. So many doubts can plague the mind.

However, what I have learned is that the Law of the Universe responds to us as we respond to It. I just used it this minute with a small challenge that came up with the IRS and our taxes. I simply affirmed what I truly know: When the Universe makes a demand upon Itself, it must meet Its demand. Whatever is happening right now is unfolding for my highest good, and whatever I require for this solution is right here.

I made my call to the accountant, and all is well.

We cannot approach our challenges with a consciousness that is unwilling to accept resolution. The Infinite Intelligence that moves through everything has all the answers, and those answers are ours as well—if we are willing to listen and move with them.

Beyond the horizon of our doubts, there is a loving Infinite Intelligence that responds to us as we respond to It. When those doubts arise, allow yourself to feel them. Let them wash over you. Then affirm that the loving Intelligence of the Universe moves through you. Expect the answer, and it will reveal itself from within.
